The final “Mass Effect 2” DLC, titled “the Arrival,” was confirmed by EA on March 18 and will be ready for download on PSN, XBLA, and PC on March 29. If you have been itching to get back into the Normandy, or if you want to discover more about the reaper’s conspiracies, then you don’t want to miss this next expansion.
“The Arrival” takes places on the edge of the galaxy with Shepard investigating a reaper invasion. You will help Shepard rescue an allied agent and uncover the truths about a pending reaper attack. Although slim on details, the mission will contain new story elements that are likely to be the rumored bridge between “Mass Effect 2” and “3.”
Admiral Hackett will be making a return appearance and play a predominant role in the new content. Below are a few screenshots that have been released teasing the content to come next week. The confirmed price is 560 Microsoft points/BioWare points or $6.99 on the PSN.
