Free Portal 2 DLC coming soon

Portal 2 DLC - playwisegaming.comThe first downloadable content, creatively labeled “DLC #1,” for first-person puzzler “Portal 2” will be free and is arriving this summer, developer Valve announced via press release yesterday.

The free pack will include the expected additional test chambers along with leaderboards, a challenge mode for both single and multiplayer and more. What the “more” portion of “DLC #1” actually is remains a mystery.

Torchlight Illuminating XBLA

If you own an Xbox 360, I hope you’re ready to lose hours of your life delving through dungeons. In Spring 2011, “Torchlight” is coming the the Xbox Live Arcade.

For those unfamiliar with “Torchlight’s” initial PC release in 2009, it is a “Diablo” clone in all the best ways, which is unsurprising as developer Runic Games was founded by previous “Diablo” designers. “Torchlight” features three different character classes, each with three skill trees, two different pets, endless random dungeons and hordes of loot to load your backpack up with.

Halo: Reach” has been out for only 98 days and already people have played 1.3 billions games, earned 900 trillion credits and killed 24 billion covenant. Bungie created an extensive infographic listing many of the statistics from the game thus far. Check out the entire graphic below.
