Sony loses $173 million to hacks
- Sony revised their projected earnings for the fiscal year to reflect a $173 million loss caused by the PlayStation Network hack.
“Halo: Reach” has been out for only 98 days and already people have played 1.3 billions games, earned 900 trillion credits and killed 24 billion covenant. Bungie created an extensive infographic listing many of the statistics from the game thus far. Check out the entire graphic below.

Gator Gaming, UF’s largest gaming club, is holding their next tournament, GatorLAN Winter, on Nov. 19 in the Reitz Union Grand Ballroom from 4 p.m. to midnight, and it’s free to enter.
“Halo: Reach” signifies both a beginning and an end. In the timeline of the Halo games, the events of “Reach” begin the story that all the previously released games are based upon. Bungie, the developer of Halo, has announced that this is the last Halo title they will develop, a motion that is mirrored in the bittersweet events of “Halo: Reach.”
